ASSIGNMENTS OF SCD / SINFRA

I. Manage all services related to the maintenance of parks and gardens, afforestation and landscaping, pest control and urban vectors, cleaning and conservation, concierge, property security and surveillance on UFMA's premises, transport and vehicle maintenance;

II. Coordinate afforestation and landscaping services;

III. Coordinate surveillance and security services;

IV. Coordinate the transport system, managing actions together with the Transport Coordination;

V. Propose norms for the operation of transport services provided to the University Community;

VI. Coordinate cleaning, janitorial and conservation services for the buildings that make up UFMA's heritage;

VII. Develop and execute projects for the recovery of degraded areas on the premises of Cidade Universitária and other campuses on the continent;

VIII. Supervise UFMA's outsourced garden maintenance and pest and urban vector control services;

IX. Oversee the Institution's Surveillance and Security services;

X. Supervise outsourced Cleaning and Conservation services;

XI. Authorize the supply of UFMA generators;

XII. Prepare management and activity reports for the Board and its Coordinations
