SAFETY AND CONSERVATORSHIP COORDINATION

ASSIGNMENTS OF SCC/SINFRA

I.Planning, coordinating and supervising UFMA's outsourced Surveillance and Security services;

II.Planning, coordinating and supervising outsourced administrative support services (Concierge);

III. Plan, coordinate and supervise the outsourced cleaning, janitorial and conservation services of the buildings that make up UFMA's assets;

IV.Coordinate and control the execution of the services of moving equipment and furniture in the administrative and academic areas, upon request;

V.Planning, controlling, guiding, inspecting and combating any act of violence to protect public property;

VI. Supervise UFMA's outsourced garden maintenance and pest and urban vector control services;

VII. Coordinate the afforestation and landscaping services, as well as create and implement new garden areas that allow for a better harmony of coexistence with the environment;

VIII. Develop and execute projects for the recovery of degraded areas on the premises of Cidade Universitária and other campuses on the continent.

IX. Elaborate the surveillance scale of the buildings, dependencies and installations, in which security is carried out by UFMA's permanent staff;

X. Plan and coordinate access control procedures for people and materials in UFMA buildings;

XI.Coordinate security services in events, from special schedules;

XII.Inspect the traffic of motor vehicles at UFMA - Cidade Universitária;

XIII. Prepare reports on the activities of the Coordination.
